When will I be charged?
Your subscription will be charged immediately upon sign-up, and then on the same day each month thereafter. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.
When do items ship?
Subscription boxes ship on the 15th of each month. New subscribers who sign up after the 10th will receive their first box the following month.
Can I skip a month?
Yes, you can pause your subscription for up to 3 consecutive months through your account dashboard. Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel your subscription anytime through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged.
